Charles Crane LMFT
Pacific Lutheran University
Charles Crane is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and co-owner of Lighthouse Youth & Family Therapy alongside his wife of 25 years. As a husband, father of five, and therapist with more than 18 years of experience, he understands the importance of strong, healthy relationships. Charles enjoys working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. He also provides clinical supervision for therapists working toward independent licensure.
Charles believes the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of successful therapy. He creates a safe, genuine environment where clients feel comfortable being vulnerable because he believes lasting healing begins there. He has completed EMDR training and has advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Outside the office, Charles enjoys hunting, fishing, basketball, and spending time with his family playing board games and card games. Clients appreciate his calm, steady presence, fun-loving personality, and ability to help people feel at ease.

Stacy Crane LCMHC
Liberty University
Stacy Crane is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and co-owner of Lighthouse Youth & Family Therapy alongside her husband of 25 years. As a wife and mother of five, she understands both the joys and challenges that come with family life. Stacy primarily works with adults, especially parents, while also enjoying work with children, teens, and older adults. She helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.
Stacy believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. She tailors counseling to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals while creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. She has advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-focused approach that can help reduce emotional distress and process difficult experiences.
Outside the office, Stacy enjoys spending time with family and friends, music, dancing, and karaoke. She also spent a year living in Brazil, giving her a lasting appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. Clients often describe her as genuine, compassionate, and easy to talk with.
